By accessing this website or purchasing products from Aqua Pulse Filters you agree to accept these terms and conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the website and customers purchasing products from us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms you must not use this website.

Aqua Pulse Filters reserves the right to update, change or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website following any updates will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Shipping Policy

Aqua Pulse Filters ships products across Australia using Australia Post and other trusted courier services.

Estimated delivery times are generally between 2 and 10 business days within Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier delays, or supplier processing times.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email where available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Authority to Leave

If you select Authority To Leave, you authorise the courier to leave the parcel unattended at the delivery address provided. Once the courier has delivered the parcel it will be considered delivered and received.

Aqua Pulse Filters and its delivery partners do not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage once the parcel has been delivered under Authority To Leave.

If the courier considers the delivery location unsafe they may leave a delivery card and return the parcel to the depot for collection or redelivery.

Risk and ownership of goods pass to the customer after the first delivery attempt.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order with Aqua Pulse Filters you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Full payment must be received before orders are processed or dispatched. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

Orders may be cancelled by contacting us as soon as possible.

If an order is cancelled before processing a merchant and administration fee of approximately 5 percent may apply. If an order has already been processed, prepared, or specially ordered from a supplier a restocking fee of up to 30 percent may apply.

Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with our suppliers unless approved otherwise.

Payments and Security

Aqua Pulse Filters takes payment security seriously. All payments made through our website are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

When customers make a purchase using a credit card, debit card or other payment method the transaction is processed directly through a secure payment gateway. Aqua Pulse Filters does not store or retain full credit card or debit card details on our website or servers.

Payment information is transmitted securely using SSL encryption technology to protect sensitive financial data. This means payment details are securely processed by the payment provider, card information is encrypted during transmission and Aqua Pulse Filters does not have access to full card numbers or banking details.

Returns and Refund Policy

Aqua Pulse Filters aims to supply high quality products and accurate parts. Returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.

Returns will be accepted if the product is defective, damaged during shipping or the incorrect item was supplied. Customers must notify us within seven days of receiving the item and provide proof of purchase along with photos or video showing the issue. Once approved we will provide instructions on how to return the product. If the return is due to our error we will cover the return shipping cost.

Returns due to change of mind or incorrect product selection are generally not accepted. If a return is approved in special circumstances the product must be unused and in its original packaging and must be in new and resalable condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of approximately 27 to 30 percent of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Guaranteed Fit Policy

Aqua Pulse Filters offers a guaranteed fit policy to help customers purchase the correct filter for their appliance.

This policy applies only when the correct filter was ordered for the appliance model and the product remains unused, unopened and in brand new original packaging. Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

If the correct filter was ordered but does not fit the appliance customers may request a return under this policy. Once the item is returned and inspected Aqua Pulse Filters may provide either a replacement filter or a refund of the purchase price.

All approved returns under the guaranteed fit policy are subject to a 27 percent restocking and handling fee.

This policy does not apply if the wrong filter was ordered, the product has been opened, installed or used, the packaging is damaged or missing, or the product was not intended for the appliance model provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are non returnable and non refundable unless defective: electrical components, installed or used filters, special order items and products not returned in original packaging.

Refund Processing

Once returned goods are received and inspected refunds will be processed within approximately three to five business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Warranty

Most products include a manufacturer warranty as specified on the product page. Where applicable Aqua Pulse Filters offers a 12 month replacement warranty for defective products.

This warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse or neglect, damage caused by improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Installation and Usage Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are correctly installed according to manufacturer instructions. Aqua Pulse Filters is not responsible for any damage, loss or issues resulting from incorrect installation, misuse of products, failure to follow manufacturer guidelines or improper appliance maintenance. Customers who are unsure about installation should consult a qualified technician.

Aqua Pulse Filters is an independent supplier of water filtration products and appliance parts. Brand names, manufacturer names and product references may be used only to indicate compatibility or genuine products. We do not claim affiliation, sponsorship or approval from manufacturers unless specifically stated.
