please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process the return, we require:

Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Restocking Fees

Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the supplier .
